Few days back i have published shared a article to Host Your Web Application For Free On RedHat’s OPENSHIFT and today going to share about how to Get Free Email Services For Your Domain. Zoho is offering a free email services for 25 users & 5GM storage per email account.

By end of this post you will be able to setup your email with zoho email services absolutely free. Please concentrate at this post and follow each steps to sign up Zoho Mail Service.


Step 1) Setup Zoho Email Account

Click here to Signup Zoho Mail and select free packages.


Step 2) Add Your to Domain Here

Add your existing company domain name to set up like [email protected] & enter your personal details and click on signup button.

Step 3) Verify Your Your Account

Enter the zoho verification code.


Step 4) Confirm Your Details

Confirm your details and click on “Setup “” in Zoho” button.


Step 5) Select Your DNS Service Provider


Step 6) Domain Setup

Login in to your GoDaddy DNS Manager -> My Account to Set Up work space email for your domain name -> Click on Free Email Plan “Setup”




Now update your domain CNAME for verification – GoDaddy and click on Manage DNS button.


Step 6) Click on DNS Zone file option -> Click on Add Records



Step 7) Enter Name / Host / Allas / CNAME and Value / Points To / Destination details, click On Finish


Step 8) Update MX (Mail Exchanger)


Enter MX Details for port 20


Enter MX Details for port 50


Step 9) Create a Email

After verification has successfully, go to the Zoho and create an email account.


Proceed to Add New Users
