In this tutorial, I will explain about WordPress Posts and it’s all features which all get by default after installation of WordPress. This tutorial is specially designed for the WordPress beginners.
You can write anything you like on your WordPress site. Below are some tips which help you to write your posts in WordPress sites.
Login to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to the Posts => Add New. On this screen, you have an option to add a new post. Enter the post title, post content, select your post format, select categories, tags, featured image and then click on the Publish button to immediately publish the post.
You have also an option to save as draft and see your post preview before publish.
Navigate to the Posts => All Posts and click on the all posts option. Now hover on the posts and will see the four options to manage the posts named Edit, Quick Edit, Trash, and View. If you only want to edit post title, slug and tags use the “Quick Edit” and if you want edit whole post, use Edit option. Use Trash option to delete the post.
Want to delete all your posts, then go to all posts and checked all post and select the move to trash option from bulk action drop down.
