If a folder with the same name exists inside your themes or plugins folder, then WordPress aborts your current installation with the below error message.

Sometimes a previous installation was interrupted and left the empty folder inside the plugins folder, that’s why you faced this issue. Follow the below steps to fix the destination folder already exists error.
Step 1) Login to FTP account and navigate to the wp-content/plugins/ and delete the fm-google-analytics folder.
Step 2) Now again login to WordPress admin area and retry to install it again.
