Google have started upgrading gmail UI to new Gmail UI with many new features including brand new material facelift, dedicated tasks pane, integrations with apps like Keep, along with new features as a new confidential mode. In this tutorial, I will explain how to upgrade to new gmail UI right now.

It is avialble now to upgrade with the new gmail design for your personal, or GSuite account.

How to enable New Gmail UI on Personal Gmail Account

If you want to enable the new Gmail UI on your personal gmail account, then simply follow below steps:

Step 1) Sign in to your Gmail account

Step 2) Click on the “gear icon” in the top right corner of your mailbox.

Stpe 3) You will see an option to “Try the new Gmail.”

Step 4) Click on it, and you’ll be taken to the new Gmail UI.

Enable New Gmail UI on GSuite Account

For enabling the new Gmail UI on your GSuite email Account, you have to ask your email administrator to enable this features from the GSuite Admin Console. If you have access to GSuite Admin console, then follow the below steps:

Step 1) Login to your GSuite Admin console.

Step 2) navigate to the setting => “New Gmail Early Adopter Program” and change the selection to “Allow my users access to the new Gmail UI and features.”
